IAH Terminal E CLEAR gave me the hand sanitizer bottle two weeks ago. They may have had masks but I didn't notice.
I've since used CLEAR at many other airports at not one of them has had any 'offerings' including DCA, STL, IAD, LAX.

I'm drowning in Clear hand sanitizer...despite having a few clipped to my bag already seems like I still get one every trip. Got a mask early in the pandemic @ IAD and promptly misplaced it before the next trip was over, which is a shame as it was the most comfortable of the masks I've tried....and none of the CLEAR stations I've passed through since have had/offered one.
