I assume there would be a fairly large amount of work required for United to run one of these that was worth going on. They would have to figure out a new flight path and get whatever approvals are needed to run that flight, as well as all the revenue estimation and pricing work required for any route. I don't really see United going through the effort for an uncertain return unless they're in a VERY dire situation
