There is no such thing as Polaris experience at the moment. No Polaris Lounge and No Polaris onboard services.
I’d argue that the true Polaris service (as originally announced - wine flights, Bloody Mary cart, etc) disappeared years ago, not just the most recent penny pinching embarrassing current iteration of it... one of the best business class offerings to one of the worst...
