I'm familiar with that Barclay interface not working ever correctly on my Choice Hotels card. It only shows the "points earned anywhere" amount per transcation, even though you earn more for transactions at Choice Hotels, and all of my transactions with that card are at Choice Hotels. So while for that card the Barclay interface shows something usually, it's so wrong I ignore it, and wait for the statement to see whether I really earned what I should.

And speaking of that, Barclay had an issue with Choice Hotel cards not earning the right amount of points for a while a year or two ago, and then they corrected it and (at least in many cases) they back-posted the missing points automatically.
