We're flying on a refurbished 77W with our 1-year-old and oddly the Club Suite seat selection online does not show rows 19-24. Has anyone experienced that when selecting seats in Manage my Booking? I spoke to BA on the phone who suggested that the bassinet locations are in 19A/K - the rows I can't even select without calling BA - and I was wondering if anyone can confirm that?
I've seen the map when doing dummy bookings and 19A/K are indeed the Bassinet seats. There were some more when the seat map was first loaded though, but they seem to have reduced them down to 2. As for rows 19 to 24 not showing up, I'm not entirely sure why that's happening, but I guess it's a BA IT glitch.
