Funny you mention that, because we flew these pre reconfig and I commented how wide the seats felt (and I'm not that big at almost 6' and 180 ish) compared to new signature class where my elbows always stick out. I had zero complaints about the full recline on the old gen 1 pods and honestly I found they had fewer hard points in bed mode. New set up is great for solo Business, but less desirable as a couple or family. Or maybe a single guy who likes to snooze. Not a criticism, just an observation.
