Need advice for seat selection for red-eye flight...need leg room

My son and I are flying from Vegas to Orlando on a Sunday night flight, leaving Vegas at 11:30pm and arriving Orlando 6ish. We've paid for the Stretch option since we're both 6'-3" and are hoping to sleep a bit. I've got a few questions about seat options.

Currently we're in the first row middle and window, opposite side of the bathroom. The plan is to wear ear plugs and cover our eyes to hopefully avoid issues with bathroom noises. The question I've got is about the bulkhead leg room. While it should be nice not having a seat in front of us we do lose the ability to put our feet under the seat in front of us. I'm wondering if this will actual limit our ability to stretch. I've seen some bulkhead rows with tons of room...and others with not much. SeatGuru isn't much help in making this decision as they don't have any info on the front row.

The other option for stretch rows are the 2nd row of the two exit rows (rows 2 and 3 that are stretch are rather full). Would the exit row be better?

The plane is an Airbus A320 if that helps.
