The mail-order side is not indicated. You would need to test one (when the card eventually shows up) to see. Chase only indicated four retail chains (Duane Reede, CVS, Walgreens and Rite-Aid). I think Chase is using the MCC, but didn't want to deal with manual credit requests.

If you really want the credit for Caremark mail-order, most CVS PBM plans now allow fulfillment at same mail-order co-pay via retail locations.

Lastly, I did notice this card does not have a digital wallet option in the Chase app, but until the card appears in real life, we won't know for sure.
