legroom is slightly better in eco comfort , but that should be the bare minimum
Usually , on my KL flights the eco comfort rows are less crowded thane exit rows .
If you hit the good types of b737 you can have exit row seat near windows with what i can call a kingsize legroom
As others mentionned , in eco comfort rows , you can leave the plane faster

so its up to your needs and your flight
