It sounds like they are at least doing something at the properties that did have lounges and LeMeridien doing the best which is interesting considering it is leaving soon. What I do not get however is how they are managing to fill the rooms at the rates they are charging which is so much higher than Hilton and many other comparable hotels! When I looked Le Meridien and Sheraton were 50-70% higher cost wise than other options and when I compared to what I paid this time last year at Marriott's they are actually charging more and thats without taking into account the 15% VAT cut!

Anyone staying at these properties do you get an idea for how occupancy levels are?
