Stayed here recently during COVID. Lounge open again during weekends (Friday-Sunday), but only for limited hours (16:00 - 20:00). Drinks selection is more or less the same as before, but food selection is limited and no self-service. Hotel has been under new management since a couple of months, and standard Diamond upgrade is no longer the Executive Suite, but the Junior Suite is the max upgrade under current guidelines. Even with a very empty hotel, upgrade to Executive Suite is no longer possible (even received Presidential Suite a couple of times in the past, so the Junior Suite as 'best upgrade available' is quite a change in policy). Didn't use the breakfast in COVID times, so can't comment on that unfortunately.
