Did that just now all over chat. I asked the first rep about a retention offer on just before 11AM EST, I was transferred to a Membership Consulting Professional who reviewed the ongoing "extra" benefits on my Platinum (wireless, streaming, and the $200 extra travel credit at renewal month). I said that travel will be very slim in the foreseeable future and was offered 20k MR within 8-12 weeks without spending goal. I have a 10+-year relationship with Amex.
