Its odd in this day and age that cameras are not installed in the cockpit as pilots and their unions won't allow it. It's pathetic really and could help solve many issues that you have to try and work out after a crash. Given that said video can be encrypted and stored and ONLY made available from the black boxes after a crash it's a pity the paranoia of "being watched" holds back obvious safety advances (not to mention online availability of external cameras for pilots and the capture and storage of that also for future analysis)
