My family member finally received “conditional approval” and would like to try a “walk-in” interview at D.C. enrollment center (pre COVID, walk-in was available), but we could not quite find in the CBP website that “walk-in” is still accepted at D.C. center. Family member scheduled their appointment already, however, they would like to get their interviews done asap as no one knows whether the CBP closes the enrollment center again.
