Yes, it's nice. However, unbeknownst to me, I start lockdown here in the hotel in less than two hours due to the government banning everyone from being outside in the historic center during the private government independence day celebrations, starting this evening from 6pm today until 2pm tomorrow. But, the good news is that I have permission to access the 5th floor and view the fireworks show. But, tomorrow the military parade is at 11am and completely out of view and also banned. All the festivities will be broadcast live on public television. The two restaurants here are about the only places still open in this area and will be tomorrow too, the official holiday. But, I guess it's better than sitting at home looking out the window 😊
