Row 32 is the 1st row in coach and is not economy plus. You will get some more leg room in these seats than regular coach but the seats are narrower because of the table in the arms rest. If a baby is in coach then you probably have him next to you and you will be kept awake a bit longer on the overnite flight beacuse of the time taken to feed and water the people in business class right in front of you.
35 has a ton of legroom being at the exit row BUT it is very close to the lav so you will get people standing around and waiting plus the noise and or smell. Also 35 is in E+ so without status or a full fare ticket you may not be able to get them.
46 Is the same as 35 except you have the galley and this will = lots of noise and light during the early and late part of the flight then maybe goddip during the night.
49 has standard legroom as coach but you get a good amount of elbow room. The downer being you can't lean against a window.

If I had a choice and could get E+ and had to fly in coach then I would just go for something in the 38-41 range as leg room is fine and I wouldn't be bothered by noise from the lav or galley.
Don't forget no PTV for you on this ac!
