As for Germany, we did try to visit the First Class Lounge in the A (Schengen) concourse (the only FCL open these days) but, not surprisingly, were denied entry to Germany despite an agent on the LH First Class Hotline assuring me that we would have "no problem". LOL.

Dubrovnik is spectacular and well worth the PIA tests and hassles to get here, especially now when there are no cruise ships and very few tourists. Great for us, not so much for the locals.

Nice, the Hotel Excelsior! I was there last week and also in early July. Great hotel, really like the terrace rooms.
