I just read the T&Cs. What a joke. Read in particular 6.1, which applies to you. You have no chance with these guys. They are clowns, but you won't be taking them to small claims court anywhere other than the Netherlands, as you agreed to Dutch law when you booked the ticket. This is C$160 in lesson learned.
