I would read the OTA T&Cs that you agreed to first. I suspect that there will be a clause in there that you agree to certain other administrative fees as may arise from time to time, etc. Also, in what jurisdiction will you be taking them to small claims court? Have you checked the T&Cs for the jurisdiction?
