I strongly suspect there is a further fee clause somewhere, meaning that you are really going to struggle getting this back. The TA will confuse you with a lot of word salad that won't make a great deal of sense and then cut off communication. I don't think a chargeback will work either, because in the TA's T&Cs you likely agreed to all this.
