Nice video. Hopefully, I'll be staying here for 2 nights in December (followed with 5 nights at the RC.) I used 2 CC certs for the nights and have SNAs to upgrade.
When you put in the request for the SNAs, what room types did you check? Was a Grand Ocean Front suites available?
