I don't think the valuation is $20 or $112. I would probably count it somewhere in the $30-$50 range for most.
Your Globalist breakfast is the biggest chunk of your valuation. Now if one always travels with their family and stays at a full service Hyatt, then I can accept your valuation. But if you ever stay at HH or HP where breakfast is no different for others, then you have to subtract that from your totals; there's no added value as a Globalist. And honestly, I know of virtually no one that stays only at full-service Hyatts and nothing else. The footprint becomes extraordinarily small then. Personally, at least half of my stays come at HH or HP. I'm sure there are some people who only stay at the full-service locations, but that absolutely is not the norm.
And of course, the late check-outs are nice, but I've utilized that one only a few times in a year, like maybe 5-8. And your $600 valuation is based on 60 one-night stays, which I'm sure isn't what one does, especially if they are staying at the higher end hotels. Twenty 3-night stays would only afford you 20 opportunities to use that perk and for me, it's not always needed, based on flights and schedules. I absolutely love that perk, though.
Globalist is a great value. But a couple of your components aren't even close to normal here. The real value cannot be determined except on a case by case examination of the usage of the perks and the ratio of stays between the lower-end Hyatts and full-service ones.
