yes. It’s sad that time and expense needs to be spent by their local council to implement a system and sort out a problem caused by outside people wanting to get free parking.
I think people need to get over the fact that there are parking spaces that don't require a resident's permit, and anyone can park in them. I pay 66 pounds a year for my resident's permit and I'm not complaining if someone wants to park in a space they are allowed to park in.
People need to stop thinking certain things belong to them when that's not the case.
