I don't travel for work, so for me breakfast/Club access has a monetary value since I can't expense it. While I wouldn't pay for the points for a free night, I would typically pay for the stay. So I put value on the free nights. I don't value it at the exact same as the amount I would have paid (since paid stays come with points accrual that have value to me), but close to the same value. I do agree; I wouldn't ever pay for an upgrade so don't value those much.



I would never pay for a suite, so i don't see much of a monetary value in terms of saving me money. But for some, like you that would pay out of pocket, I am sure they do have a big value.



Absolutely agree. I'm trying to find out overall average for each stay credit. Qualifying Night credit #60 is worth a TON more than stay #1 for sure.
We usually try to stay in a suite when traveling with the family so those upgrades have a huge value to our household.
