Has anyone had a paper voucher processed recently? It makes sense that things are moving slowly, but I sent my voucher to Ft. Worth for a departure date of 8/8 a month ago and my ticket is still pending.
I have the same question and have never seen a response to the above and have a couple more. If you have an excess left , is the residual still refunded as a paper voucher when sent to the new address ? If you exchange at the airport do you get a paper voucher for the residual ? Thanks
