It may even depend on the size of the CLI as to whether it requires a pull in the first place. So that makes this question even harder to answer. But it's hard to answer anyway because probably most people other than you don't even think to try something like this on the same day, and that likely results in zero data points.

Why do you want request a credit line increase on the same day you applied for a new card? Remember, the day you applied a new card may not be the day get approved for the new card, and a credit line increase on another card may lessen the chances of approval for the new card!
