The hotel will almost certainly never know you're using their wifi. If they find out, there's a good chance they won't care.

That said, it's not the responsibility of some random hotel to provide you with internet access. The fact that you are asking for opinions (probably) means part of you thinks doing this is questionable.

Since you asked, I say no. You shouldn't be using the internet of a hotel of which you're not staying. Contact your internet service provider or the company handling your condo if it's a rental and get them to fix your internet.
