Yes, back in the days when the Royal Household used to charter an entire jet for an official overseas visit, there was a royal suite that kitted out the A zone on the charted aircraft with fixed beds, desk and special seating. Now that there's more transparency over public spend for such trips it happens a lot less. The queen took a scheduled flight to New Zealand in 1995 :
