Has anyone else had trouble checking in online for flights to Cyprus? Just had a concerned mother on the phone convinced that she will be bounced off her busy flight tomorrow.....

I am assuming it may be something to do with the need to present the Cyprus COVID test credentials at check in....

Also, out of interest, when does the 72 hour clock finish on the COVID test window? Is it 72 hours before departure from LHR or before arrival into Cyprus?
