I had a good experience with Chase. I purchased an expensive electronic device on my CSR, which was subsequently stolen. I submitted all of the required documentation (receipt, police report, chase statement, homeowners policy, etc.) and they promptly processed the claim in less than two weeks. Very happy with the process and result.
