I love garlic hummus. Besides dipping, it makes a great condiment on a sandwich too. I'll toast some bread or baguette and spread it on while it's warm. Then pile on turkey, chicken, or even beef, and a bunch of vegetables. I've also made a veggie and cheese sub with it as a spread (thickly applied here) and it's one of the best subs I've had. Nice change or pace to mustard, mayo, and the other standard stuff.

I assume olive hummus or some other flavor would work well too, but as Homer would say, mmmmmm...garlic.
