I did not ask for a rebook or refund, i was way in a rush to just sort thing out with the flight for that day, after that later that same day I called AirBaltic to say that I didn’t have any email notification and here we are.
i didn’t even have any idea how it works, now i do thanks to you guys. As I wrote previously I asked them for the refund or the full amount as a voucher, any of these will do. I will let you know as soon as I get another reply from them.
