I am searching for one way awards flight on CX from SGN-HKG-JFK in business using BA.com and AA.com. For some reason, BA.com does not show any availability for the whole month of 07/2021 while AA.com shows many business seats available on CX. I thought the 2 websites suppose to show the same CX inventory. Can someone tell me the reason? Thanks.
I was in the same boat using BA. Then I used AA and found space looking segment by segment. Called up AS to book and it went through. As other have stated BA is no good at looking for space on CX
