Somewhat OT, but my Chase Hyatt card came up for renewal a couple weeks ago with the $95 AF. I sent a secure message requesting a fee waiver since there's no travel happening in 2020 or into early 2021. I was told a waiver is not possible and they immediately closed my account. No attempt at retention whatsoever. In the past they would tell you to call and talk to a person so they could make a sales pitch on keeping the card or transferring the limit over to another Chase card.
