Voucher Claim Experience

I applied for the voucher on 1st September

Today, 9th September, I received an email to say they were going to send me a voucher (which included the amount of the voucher which is useful)

The I received a separate email which included the actual voucher number which is 9 numbers (which is different to the case reference for the claim). Voucher expires 11.59 PM on 1st June 2021 but you can book trains for after that date. This second email was received 30 minutes after the first but the voucher went into my spam folder.

Process was pretty smooth. Only things I would change is (i) to add the original booking reference to the emails to help you keep track and (ii) the vouchers show in your eurostar club account.

Pretty happy all in all.
