I called Charles Schwab, but their answer was very generic. They only reimburse ATM transaction fee, but they don't reimburse ATM currency conversion fee or access merchant fee.

I also noticed that some ATM are located at the arrival area, near the info. desk on the left side if you are facing outside.

Any ATM inside THY lounge ?
