I just got a Charles Schwab bank Debit card (visa). see the photo below.

Can I use this U.S. debit card to withdraw US dollars directly from those major ATM at IST airport or anywhere in the city other than Turkish libra?
I know some hotels give discounts if you pay US $ cash.

The benifit of this debit card is that the bank will reimburse the ATM fee if I use this card internationally, but will the reimburse also includes withdrawing US dollar overseas?
