Looks like they installed a standard RC (former B/E) Diamond seat in the A321. The IFE looks like its Panasonic X Series, which would be the second kind of IFE they have on board after the blue box WOW on the A320. The IFE is in no way connected to anything related to the flight deck (for various reasons), so the outage you observed is localised and a reset is all it needs.
