I have a future flight credit for my husband from a cancelled trip earlier this year. Is it possible to book both of us together on a single itinerary (in order to be kept together in the event of IROPS, mainly) if using the credit for him and paying 100% cash for me, or would I have to book on 2 separate reservations? I don't see a way to do this on the website, but am I missing anything, or could it be done if I call United?
