Can I ask a somewhat OT and exceedingly ignorant question (for which the answer is probably available elsewhere): Does upgrade availability come from the same fare bucket as award availability? In other words can I use CW award availability to see if WTP to CW upgrades are available?
It is the case with some other airlines, but not sure if BA use the same policy.
