From Thursday-Sunday, I was given my niece and nephew so I had to make several different meals, but this morning I was able to smoke a 4# brisket flat along with split chicken breasts and chicken thighs.


Brisket was on for six hours and Mom said, " It needed to be on for at least one more hour."
