The Haywood in El Dorado will join Tapestry Collection by Hilton from scratch on September 9, 2020.

The Waters in Hot Springs will join the collection in October.

El Dorado is roughly 100 miles south of Hot Springs, near the Louisiana border. El Dorado is the population, cultural and business center of south central Arkansas. It has a nationally-recognized downtown arts district, he Murphy Arts District (MAD). I think that's the same Murphy as at the Walmart gas stations, or at least they're related.
