Singapore is the only place where when you purchase a consolidator/discounted fare ticket, the actual price of the ticket is printed on the ticket. That means if you're charged a few bucks higher than what you paid for, the fare difference is the service charge.

Unfortunately this would cause chaos in the travel industry if this practice is actioned upon elsewhere other than a dictatorian state like Singapore.
