Any city pair that BA fly to, the OP is asking about CAI-LON-CLE and BA do not fly to CLE so Reward Flight Finder and the likes will not do a month wide search. Any anyway RewardFlight Finder requires you to put non stops so this would have to be done CAI-LON and LON-CLE but the latter of those cannot be done this way.
