Yes, we stayed there last week. Had a meeting with the GM after complaining about the imperial club. Very friendly gentleman who completely agreed that the club lounge hours should be extended again, and starting today they are extending them :-). We received access and cocktails in their new top floor lounge as a gesture due to the lack of imperial club offerings. The hotel really cares about how guests feel. And they really made our stay great by offering this very nice gesture.
