My father-in-law has AAA.
Can we book the AAA rate if he is with us but not the main driver (I will make the reservation as I am paying and I have President's Circle).

Does anyone know?

Thx
I don't see why this would be a problem. It's been a few years since I had AAA, but I have done this many times. Unless something has changed recently, AAA benefits are granted so long as the member is in the traveling party. I've always had the AAA member listed as an additional driver to just to be on the safe side.

Has this ever actually happened?
They care very much, and yes it has happened. There are quite a few people who have posted to FT over the years with bad experiences. I remember one poor kid a year or two back who totaled a Focus using a corporate code (included LDW) that he wasn't eligible for and Hertz came after him. Others have reported wrecking cars using corporate rates and being asked for proof of employment/eligibility after the accident.
