Vistara is part owned by SQ (49% I believe). It’s a great airline based on India standards.

DL’s best strategy for India would honestly be to partner with EK or possibly EY with EK being the most preferable. The vast majority of Indians traveling west use either EK, EY, or QR and I don’t see that changing any time soon.
