It is ironic. These participating properties are not what I would consider to be good work from home candidates.
Since COVID, the only type of hotel that’s worked for us when staying 2+ nights is Hyatt House type place which offers kitchenette (definitely need fridge with freezer plus microwave, at least) and a dining table.
We generally only do takeout, eat back in the room.
Since we’re spending more time in the room, need more space inside to insulate yourself from noisy kids, which means ideally a suite.
But can only afford suite at Hyatt House, esp with post-Covid pay cut.
