Negotiating long-term stay

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with negotiating long-term stays? The hotel in question is a DoubleTree by Hilton in Europe and I am considering to book a suite there for 3 months. I have been a loyal guest at that hotel for 5+ years, although on average I had probably 4-5 stays per year for 2-3 nights each. I do tend to spend quite a lot on extras (F&B, Spa etc.)

What would you say is a realistic discount (%) off the best available rate?

During my last stay, which was 2 weeks ago, a staff member told me they have a 30% occupancy rate at the moment. Given that most of their guests used to be business travelers or people attending conferences, I doubt they will be busy in the coming months. The travel restrictions within Europe do not help either.

Thanks
