The lounge in Sheraton is open now and includes complimentary alcohol. I will post a review of my stay on FT a little later.

Regarding JWM I cannot answer definitively but I stayed in three different Renaissance hotels in Turkey before and always received breakfast so I suspect it counts as non-EU (or they provide to stay competitive) and probably you would get it at JWM.
